Class	Description
LocalizedLogger	A logger implementation which formats and localizes messages before forwarding them to an underlying Java Logger.
LocalizedLoggerFactory	A factory of LocalizedLogger instances which obtains a Java Logger by calling the appropriate Logger factory method and wrapping it in an instance of LocalizedLogger.
